About Francine

Over 35 years of real estate sales experience...

I started my real estate career selling homes in 1986 with Fox and Lazo Realtors in my hometown of Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. In 2002, I was very fortunate to have been hired to represent Nolen Companies to sell 57 new custom homes at White Horse in Newtown Square and then in 2017 55 new semi-custom homes at Chapel Hill in Paoli.

In 2022, I decided to move my real estate license to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services,Fox and Roach Realtors Malvern office. Now I am excited to be able to use my sales and marketing experience to assist Buyers and Sellers in achieving their real estate dreams.

Twenty + years in the new construction industry has taught me a great deal about the aspects of a home's design, systems, and structure. Most of all that time has taught me that no matter whom you work for,relationships are far more important than transactions.

A little bit about me...

My husband Phil and I live in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. My husband grew up in Downingtown and raised his three sons there.

We are both very active in our community. I currently serve as the Vice President of the Board of Trustees at the Downingtown Library. I have served in the past on the Board of the Downingtown Historical Society and as a member of the Downingtown Thorndale Chamber of Commerce.

In 2016, I was awarded Citizen of the Year by the Downingtown Thorndale Chamber of Commerce. In 2021 and 2022 I was named a Top Producer by Philadelphia Magazine. In 2023 I was named a Top Realtor by Main Line Today!
